Ukoy | Okoy Recipe Papaya (Filipino Food)

Ukoy or Okoy, is a deep fried Filipino shrimp fritter that can be made with different kinds of vegetables. But today, we’re making it the Kapampangan way with green papaya! Ukoy is best served with garlic vinegar!

PRO TIP: If you find that your batter is still super runny (before mixing in the grated papaya), you can add another 1/8 cup of corn starch to it.
