10 cloves of garlic
Pork rib 800g
Onion 50g
Several slices of ginger
Cooking wine
6 chili pepper
Hoisin sauce 1 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Cornstarch
Sugarcane leaf 1 cup
Tea leaves 1 cup
Brown rice 1 cup
Brown sugar 1 cup
