Special crumbed fried chops:

Ingredients

Mutton chops ½ kg flattened
Mutton Mince 1tbsp
Ingredients for marination
Flour 2tbsp
Ginger garlic 1tbsp
Chili powder 1tsp
Salt 1 tsp heaped
Vinegar 2tbsp
Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Hoisin sauce 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Mustard powder 1 tsp heaped
Egg 1
Bread crumbs as required

Method
Mutton chops ½ kg flattened well (while beating chops to flatten, add 1 tbsp of mince on each chop, again beat well and form it into a round chops shape)

Marinate chops with all the given ingredients, leave it aside for few hours, then roll into bread crumbs, beat it well to bring it into a proper shape, shallow fry in hot oil, serve with french fries.

Ice cream delight:

Ingredients

Sponge cake 1
Strawberry jelly dissolved 1 packet
Gelatin 1 tbsp
Water 2 cups
Strawberry ice cream ½ liter
Mango flavor dissolved 1tbsp
Whipped cream for decoration
Fresh strawberries for topping

Method

Make Sponge with 2 eggs and bake in a 9 inch loose bottom tin, dissolve gelatin in 2 cups water, add in it strawberry jelly crystals, cook till dissolve, cool till set in fridge. In a blender add ice cream and set jelly mixture, blend to mix, it will thicken immediately. If your blender is not running, add in half cup chilled milk, grease a loose bottom round cake tin, line with butter paper, grease paper, spread the ice cream mixture, put the cake on top, leave it until set and firm, when unmolding cake should be at the base, decorate with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.

Spicy chicken quesadillas:

Ingredients for filling

Tikka boti 1packet
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Tandoori masala 2 tbsp heaped
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
Other ingredients
Spring onion chopped 2 tbsp
Capsicum chopped 2 tbsp
Readymade parathas as required
Ingredients for sauce
Green chilies 2
Capsicum 2 tbsp
onion 2 tbsp
Mint leaves 10
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Salt Pinch
Mayonnaise 1 cup

Method
Marinate boti with all the above ingredients, leave it for 30 mins, pan fry in 2 tbsp oil till done, add in chopped capsicum 2 tbsp, spring onion chopped 2 tbsp.
Method
Grind all the ingredients together, make a chatni and mix with mayo.
Method for assembling
Cook parathas, spread on a surface, spread chicken filling on half side, sprinkle with some cabbage and capsicum, spread with mint mayo, fold the quesadillas as shown, grill on a grill pan with 2 tbsp oil or butter. You can also add some grated cheese in the filling, serve hot.
