I love how clean of a cook u are… clean kitchen, washing hands & items… & I’m not Nigerian but I look forward to cooking/trying this one day. How hot is it with the scotch bonnet pepper? I love spicy but my tolerance may not be up to par lol

Also, do u ever eat it with rice too or just the plantains only?

Your observation about Ezinne's recipe is one billion percent correct..very clear and neat..i think Ezinne's brightness on her videos is second close to your brightness.
