I think the problem a lot of people have with blue cheese is trying it in the form of a dressing like Ken's blue cheese or something similar. I tried that when I was young and absolutely was turned off by it and hated blue cheese. When I got older I tried a higher end blue cheese dressing and actual blue cheese topped on burgers and loved it. I recently tried Ken's (or similar) blue cheese dressing for some wings and it was just as similar to paint thinner as I remember. I think people should give good blue cheese a shot.

Great work Sam.. this is global and people everywhere need to be encouraged to cook for themselves rather than go out to eat (which they can't in many countries) or rely on – in my opinion – risky takeaways or deliveries. You gotta take control and your channel will help a lot of people to do that. I am slightly concerned to see you use a gravy / sauce separator as your measuring jug but I guess "needs must" in these challenging times 🙂

Hi just made the pasta with bacon and red peppers exactly how you made it and well my taste buds are in heaven! The only deviation was I added a quarter cup of heavy cream at the end that I needed to use before it expired. Super delicious! Great comfort dish during these trying times. Thank you so much
