You can easily turn a head of iceberg or Romaine lettuce into a delicious hot side dish in less than 10 minutes. Stir fry the vegetable with just garlic and oyster sauce, and you’re done. A light cooking completely changes the taste of lettuce.

2 stalks green onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce (or 2 tsp chicken or vegetarian bouillon)
1 tsp sesame oil
