I’ve visited that historical city and had privilege to eat the Kasuri tawa kabab there. At that time I decided to share the same recipe with you that I’ve been making since then. It’s a kind of seekh kebab recipe but the taste is much more delicious and innovative. Mostly people don’t know how to make chicken kabab at home. So the solution is here, do try my recipe of making Kasuri tawa kabab today and experience a deliciously innovative taste. 500g boneless skinless chicken breast
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
half teaspoon red chilli powder (to taste)
half black pepper powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon crushed dry coriander seeds
1 tablespoon dried kasuri methi leaves
4 green chillies chopped
half cup chopped coriander leaves
1 whole egg
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
ghee or cooking oil for frying
