1 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
half teaspoon red chilli powder (to taste)
half black pepper powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon crushed dry coriander seeds
1 tablespoon dried kasuri methi leaves
4 green chillies chopped
half cup chopped coriander leaves
1 whole egg
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
ghee or cooking oil for frying
