This variation of cranberry sauce adds a little spice of jalapeno.

1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1 (16 oz) bag frozen cranberries
2 jalapeños, chopped
1 lime, zested

Combine half the sugar and water in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the jalapeños and let simmer, then add remaining sugar. Add the cranberries and return to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

Use a potato masher to break down cranberries. Remove the pan from heat, add lime zest and let the sauce cool.

Paula you are beautiful.
Could you please give a recipe for cranberry relish made from scratch? I'd love stuffing and sides too.
Your family is the best.
