In this easy cooking video, I cook some turkey thighs on my Weber Q1200 portable propane gas grill. I brined the turkey overnight in a brine consisting of 1/2 gallon of water, 1/2 cup of kosher salt, and 1/4 cup of brown sugar. After I rinsed them, I seasoned them with The Rub by J Christopher Company. https://amzn.to/2IJwKcd The cooking time was about an hour until they reached an internal temperature of 175 degrees F.

Drying the turkey/chicken with a paper towel before you season it and put it on the grill helps the skin brown better. Nice looking turkey thighs Jim. Now I want turkey! LOL
