When I make this dish right when the pea sprouts start to change color I add in the hot oil and then a but of oyster sauce. Not too much as I don't want it to over whelm the dish. I also am Hispanic so I often like a sprits of lemon.

I’m vegetarian. So I saw that you put chicken bouillon, what can I substitute for that? Thanks!

what kind of oil, vegetable oil?

alysoffoxdale · October 11, 2018 at 11:48 am

Pea shoots and ribeye? You are my soulmate! XD And I would never notice your garlic breath over my own…

Although I will settle for spinach, since it's really hard to come by pea shoots around here. Or yu choi; there's almost always yu choi at the local Asian grocery.
