I know it is not popular, but grilled rabbit is amazing if done correctly. I grilled this one perfectly. The flavor of this amazing dish is something anyone will enjoy even if you never tried it. I also made my mashed potatoes which is loved by all my friends and family member. This is must on your pocket of recipes.

HOW TO GRILL RABBIT PERFECTLY AT HOME
I set my grill to 350°F / 177°C)
I cooked it until internal thigh temp was (160°F / 71°C)

* Rabbit Marinade *
5 Cloves of Garlic
1/2 White Onion
1/4 Cup Parsley
1/2 Lime Juice
3 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Smoked Paprika
Black Pepper and Salt to taste

* Mashed Potatoe *
5 Large Potatoes
1 Whole Stick of Butter
1 Whole Cream Cheese
Milk to taste (Until creamy)
Salt to taste

*Basting Rabbit Sauce
1/2 Stick of salted butter
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
3 Garlics smashed mixed with 1 tbs sugar

I have to say Guga, you have really made me re-evaluate my view of American cooking, my previous view was that Americans always use a ton of weird heavily processed foods and pack in a ton of cheese but you have shown me that you can also use fresh raw ingredients to create healthy delicious foods such as I am seeing on your channel though I have to say I have not seen a complete meal yet, only pure steak or SERIOUSLY AWESOME looking Heavens chicken recipes so not as healthy as a complete balanced meal. Your Guga rub for instance, I was really surprised at the simple quality ingredients that went into it, no inclusion of non descript manufactured WHOPPER SEASONING or whatever.

I would LOVE to eat rabbit regularly but its really hard to get here in AUS despite it being a GINORMOUS ferral pest for our farmers and when you can get it, they are like $20 each.

I have only ever hunted for rabbits as a kid with slingshots and rocks with my father. Hate his guts but atleast he thought me about rabbits. Even tho i dont hunt large animals i do know eatting the heart of your prey is normally only done on the first kill youve done in your life and it is done out of respect for the animal.

This reminds me of this one time a forklift driver in the fruit and veg market and there was a plastic bin that had no label that was not ment to go into the market right , the plastic bin was full of skinned dead rabbits and the funny thing was he was a rabbit enthusiast lover .
