OMG!! THEY LOOK DELICIOUS!!! when I was growing up, we had neckbones with elbow macaroni, with a very light idk kinda gravy. But yours look delicious! Thanks for sharing..

Hey Prissy..this might be a silly question but when you are rinsing/cleaning the neck bones are you using cold water? I heard using hot water before cooking them can make the meat tough??
