Hey everyone, today I'm making baked pork chops. How do you usually cook your pork chops, baked or fried?

Curious about lowest rack in the oven. . . not even middle one. I trust the way they look when done, just never knew bottom rack was best.

This was helpful-such an alternative to just frying pork chops. Thanks👍

Going to try this recipe today. The seasoning has everything that I love, especially the Worcestershire Sauce (I call this bug juice). Its also good to see an oven with spills because that lets me know that you actually cook.
