MAMI SOUP (SIMPLE DISH)
This is a basic recipe for Mami soup . It is enough to provide you with a good tasting Filipino noodle soup. And this is my simple dish version!! I hope you like it!:)
* 1 piece carrot peeled
* ½ piece Napa cabbage
* 2 tofu , cut in cubes
* 1 piece sayote
* 1 lb. egg noodles fresh
* 1 pork cube
* 4 cups water
* 2 teaspoon salt & pepper
* Garlic & small shrimp (hibe)
* Slice the carrot into thin strips (julienne) and then chop the Napa cabbage. Also chop the sayote. Set aside.
* Sauté garlic and hibe
* Put in carrots,tofu and sayote cook for 3mins
* Pour water and pork cube and let it boil .
* Prepare the fresh noodles. Once the water starts to boil, add the noodles. Let the water boil once more, and then continue to cook the noodles for 3 minutes
* Put in napa cabbage and continue to cook for 3mins
* Serve with a condiment composed of patis (fish sauce) and calamansi.
