Cleaned Conch

2 Tablespoon of tomato paste
2 Tablespoon epis https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IqmyUwyZgt4
water ( enough to cover the conch)
3 Tablespoon of olive oil
1 1/2 of lime juice
1 tsp of salt
habanero pepper ( optional)
1/2 Maggie cube
thyme
shrimp ( optional)
Onions to garnish
*I used a pressure cooker to boil my conch*

i just made lambi for my husband today. just watch the way u made it. and it was delicious. i also add coconut juice in my stew (sause).

This is awesome! My lambi came out great and my husband loved it. My only thing is that you made the cleaning part look so simple lol Some of the darker parts REFUSED to come off so it took me much longer than anticipated to clean the lambi. Also, I used the pressure cooker and set it on medium high for exactly one hour, the conch actually started to burn :/ I think it's more like 50 minutes and the fact that you cannot open the pressure cooker to check it, looks like we must simply keep our noses open for any burning smell and to predict when it is ready. Great video, you have helped my cooking a lot!
