In this video I demonstrate my fried meat stew recipe
I hope you enjoy making it the way I enjoyed sharing it
The ingredients are listed below

Oxtail
Goat meat
Onions
Scotch bonnet ( hot) pepper
Sweet red pepper
Meat stock
Vegetable oil
Salt
Seasoning cubes
Curry powder
Badia complete seasoning
Oregano leaves ( dried)
Tomato purΓ©e ( paste)
Garlic powder
Canned tomatoes

Stew can be eaten with pounded yam, eba ( garri) , rice, yams, bread, fried plantains , beans

OMG!!! The into picture looked to real to life.
You can use this for a range of meal types.
Pounded Yam and Okra, Rice, even eating with some soft Agege bread.
Rice is my first option.

I love the way you fried the meat, if I fry the meat the way you did before you know it everything will disappear before cooking the STEW πŸ˜€ looks delicious anyway
