How to cook CARBONARA

“Creamy Mackerel Carbonara”

INGREDIENTS

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 head of garlic
1 teaspoon salt
white onion
45 grams grated cheese
150 grams button mushrooms
250 grams mackerel in can
370 ml all purpose cream
250 grams mince bacon
400 grams pasta noodles

Cooking time – 1 hour
Good for 3-4 person
