#bakedalligator #southernfood #cajuncooking #nonnasnowdencooks #delicious whole alligator

This is my craziest recipe yet! I made a unique injection butter sauce and olive oil marinade then baked the whole alligator. If you want to surprise your party guests with a unique and delicious meal, this recipe is for you! It pairs extremely well with Strawberry Moonshine.

The full written recipe will be available on my website https://nonnasnowdencooks.com/

I found the backstrap, leg meat and rib meat to be less chewy and tastier than the tail meat. Here are some links to the products we used.

Don’t forget October 5th and 6th is the Jump for the Rose Pinkfest Boogie at Skydive Spaceland Houston. If you are in the area, please stop by and say hi or jump out of an airplane or both!

Awesome vid…we live in Oregon, but got a friend or 2 who want to try this. Might have to serve during a football game!
