Never try cooking the taro stalk just the leads..Cook the leafs and add the yellow ginger then coconut milk , add little lemon juice with salt and pepper

Its good also taro with coconut milk.( shrimp, dry fish,shrimp. Pork to add more flavor.)

Very good you use gloves to clean the taro stalk or else your hands is become ugly (brown/dark brown).and also you did not put chicken powder in your recipe. 🤗🤗🤗👌👌👌❤ love it.😋😋😋

Taro stems and roots are toxin in raw form, but when they are fully cooked the toxin is neutralized.  The raw taro stems could cause irritation if it contacts to the skin.  It is a very healthy soup to eat!
