Cooking without butter or oil can sometimes be a challenge, many vegans I know prefer to cook this way and while I’m not opposed to using vegan butter or olive oil in my cooking, it’s nice to know that for people that choose NOT to use any oils, there are options.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received the DiamoTech 9.5″ skillet to review and wanted to share with you how I create an easy and healthful, ,vegan oil-free meal from start to finish for my family.

I did receive the DiamoTech pan for free in exchange for an honest review – as always, if I don’t love it, I don’t share it!

I love this pan so much, I fully intend to buy the 10-piece set!

That is a good pan if tofu isn't sticking without oil!
