1. 340 g granulated white sugar
2. 1 tbsp corn flour
In a bowl add granulated white sugar and corn flour. Lightly mix and set aside.
In a sugar grinder put the sugar mixture in (little at a time). Grind until sugar and corn flour are well-incorporated and have turned into a fine powder.
REMEMBER: The end product needs to be very fine otherwise the icing sugar will make the icings crunchy.
Use immediately or store in air-tight jar
