250g butter
300 g chocolate
180 g of sugar
vanilla bean
5 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
pinch of salt
cream, honey, powdered sugar

00:00 Heat water, cut butter into chunks, melt butter (¼) in water (¼), roughly cut or break chocolate into pieces and let soften the butter; do not stir until it is completely melted
01:02 add sugar and stir, remove from heat, add cinnamon and stir
02:14 Cut the vanilla pod and scrape out the marrow, add and mix
02:43 add eggs 2 tbsp flour and mix to a smooth, creamy consistency, add salt
04:20 distribute paper bowls on a baking sheet and pour in chocolate mixture, put it in the oven at 190°C (374°F) for about 30 min.
