+Adrak Lehsan paste (Ginger Garlic paste) 1&1/2 tbs
+Namak (Salt) to taste
+Lal mirch powder (Red chili) to taste
+Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1/2tsp
+Sukha Dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed
+Zeera (Cumin seeds)crushed
+Hara Dhania (Fresh coriander)chopped
+Maida(All-purpose flour)2 tbs
+Pani(Water)1 tbs or as required
+Roll Sheets 12-15
+Oil for frying
-In frying pan,add oil,onion,Ginger Garlic paste,Tomata & chicken mince.
-Mix well until changes color.
-Add salt,red chili powder,red chili crushed,sukha dhania crushed,Zeera crushed & give it a good mix.
-Stir-fry for 5-7mins.
-Add Hara dhania chopped,mix well & set aside.
-In all-purpose flour,add water & mix well to form a smooth paste.
-Take Roll sheets,add filling & fold both sides,apply all-purpose flour paste & fold it.
-Prepare the remaining rolls similarly (yields: 12-15 rolls) & can be stored upto 1 month in freezer.
-In frying pan,heat oil & fry until golden brown.
