Ok… “Pain de mie” is first of all – NOT – a fancy word. And second it describes the texture of the bread. So bread as in a baguette is made out of the crust and the inside, the “mie” so pain de mie because it’s the soft part of the bread only and doesn’t have the crust you would find in a baguette only means Bread (pain) of (de) Mie (don’t know 🤔) 😉 #UrWelcome

who a) uses 3 eggs AND 1 yolk? as if that last white will ruin the whole thing and b) do you really want Parmesan cheese on your french toast? yuk. Oh and just yuk for the 2nd one too. This is restaurant food not HOME food. Mostly not anything I would order either way. Any guest of mine for brunch would be sorely disappointed with these choices.
