i remembered this recipe for many years ago, I just bought a bunch of salt and said, who was the cute girl with the recipe. Perfect.

Serena, I've always been intimidated by salt crusted fish recipes (not sure why!), but this looks delicious and very easy. Thanks for introducing me to something new! I'll have to give this a try sometime.
