Nikki knocks it out of the park with these great smothered pork chops with baked brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes. Our meat in this video was provided by Highlands Family Farm in Valdese and Connelly Springs, NC. Nikki was inspired by a recipe on Pinterest, but she always changes things up a bit. Oh man that looks good … however …. my jury is still out on the brussels sprouts LOL. Now Tony … you know I have to ask πŸ˜‰ the last time we met you were telling us about this neat diet experiment you were just starting. For some strange reason I don't remember anything about smothered pork chops being part of that Ha Ha Ha. You kept that part well hidden on me. Great job Nikki! Oh yeah, we buy the Simply Potatoes all the time. They are great.
