Recipes:
800grams prawns
1/2 – 1 cup corn starch.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1/4 teaspoon granulated white sugar.
1 -2 jalapenos or chili peppers (optional; slice thin)
4 cloves garlic
4 spring onions
Vegetable oil for frying.

Think we gonna have prawns on Friday, its no meat Friday for us during lent. Great job PM, but I would cook the garlic last so it don’t burn (it gets bitter 👍🏻), or cook the garlic first, take it out and set aside and then add back in 👍🏻. Btw, you have a great behind the scene assistant 👍🏻 😁

Cool, yummy! got laugh here but next time please be careful while cooking. Accidents might happen, your too close and to think it was deep fried, might better to cook on the kitchen next time. Looks so yummy!

I think you should've slide the shrimp in the oil, head first becos that takes the longest to cook. Also, you could get rid of the eye part first (just snip them.off with kitchen scissors ) before frying them. That way the oil won't splash up and around.

Also adding a few 🌶🌶🌶 would've been more awesome. 😅😅😅

But still looks delish, of cos. 😝
