Do you ever pan fry the chicken with a little oil before putting it in the stew. It tastes really good this way. It comes out nice and crispy

@dearestjen hahaha! Africanfoodtv has pretty good videos. I deally, find a naija person to teach you face to face tehn you can ask more questions. Good for you wanting to learn now 🙂 Once you get the basics down, it's pretty easy peezy… IMHO 🙂 Goodluck!

I really want to learn how to cook nigerian dishes. I'm nigerian and I was born in the U.S. and lol my mother never taught me how to make nigerian foods. So I'm going to learn by myself. When I'm older how will I cook for my naija husband? I NEED TO LEARN NOW! 😀

U know what im not even nigerian, im asian but ever since i trield all the nigerian dishes im hooked!! i crave it i just wish i knew how to cook the the stuff like, pounded yam n stew, suya, moi moi, jalof rice n all the other tasty dishes!! By the way my bf got me hooked on it!!

I lovvve nigerian chicken stew. I had a nigerian roomate in college and she used to cook it all the time. I miss it so much:'(
